Lisa was a dental assistant for 5 years before getting her Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University. She worked in the corporate world for 3 years before returning to dentistry, her passion, and becoming a dental hygienist. She was a dental hygienist for 18 years. She is now the office manager. Lisa and her husband have 3 wonderful sons. Lisa loves spending time with her family and friends. Lisa enjoys gardening and any chance she gets, she goes to the beach.

Carol has been in the dental industry for over 15 years. Carol graduated from Eckerd College. Carol performs a number of valuable services at the office including scheduling, treatment plans, accounting, data entry and patient relations. Carol has worked with Dr. Pileggi for many years. Carol lives in Winter Park with her husband and enjoys her daughters company when she visits home from college. Carol also enjoys baking and gardening in her free time.

Karen was born in Colombia and speaks Spanish fluently. She has been in the dental administrative field for almost 20 years working as a Practice Manager, Insurance and Treatment Coordinator and Scheduler. She lived in Virginia since 2000 and relocated to Florida in 2023. She is a very proud mother to her beautiful four-year-old daughter who keeps her really busy. Karen graduated in 2005 Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and she is also a Certified Medical Interpreter through the State of Virginia since 2000. Karen served as the Lead Foreign Language Interpreter for a Trauma I Hospital in Virginia for 7 years. She enjoys walking, shopping, learning about different cultures, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her daughter and family.

Alethea graduated with a Bachelor of Biology from West Virginia University. She has been a Dental Assistant for 30 years after receiving her expanded functions and radiology certification at University of Florida. Alethea is also a State Certified Phlebotomist. She maintains a deep commitment to excellence in patient care sustained by a passion for continuing education. Alethea has been trained through the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine in Reno, Nevada and specializes in educating and treating patients with obstructive sleep apnea. Alethea also received extensive training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry at The Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona and The Schuster Center for Professional Development in Washington, Missouri. Alethea enjoys learning new techniques by attending courses at the American Dental Association, Florida Academy of General Dentistry, and Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry conventions annually. Outside of the office, Alethea enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and traveling with her husband, Greg.

Eleisha was born in Wisconsin, but came here to Florida with her parents at the young age of six. She has been a hygienist for 22 years, graduating from Valencia Community College. What she loves best about her career is seeing firsthand how she can help her patients improve their overall health, by helping them learn new ways they can improve their oral health. Meeting new people and developing new friendships is a big bonus! She is the proud mother of two beautiful young boys that keep her busy with the things boys do. On her time off she loves being outdoors biking, hiking and staying active.

Amy has been a dental assistant for over twenty years. After attending Barry University, she began her dental career in Miami. For most of the years, she has worked in General Dentistry; while also working five years in Endodontics. Amy really enjoys working with the public and helping create a better quality of life for the patients.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with family and friends. Amy lives in Oviedo, with her husband of 35 years, and their three children.

Jackie was born and raised in Central Florida where she adventured into the corporate business world and then later the dental industry. With a Bachelor's degree from UCF, Master's degree in Business from Full Sail University, and then later a degree in Dental Hygiene from Valencia College, Jackie provides a well-rounded experience for our patients that is detailed, and compassionate. She loves nothing more than to see the education and dental care provided during in-office visits lead to an overall improvement in both oral health and a person's overall well-being.

Robyn has been in the dental field since 2005, but working in pediatric dentistry. She started out as a dental assistant and ended up as a front desk coordinator/insurance specialist. Robyn joined our practice in 2021 seeking a change of pace. She wanted to learn more aspects of dentistry and she loves it! She loves the patients and the connection she has made with them.

She loves to take small weekend trips exploring, going to the beach, theme parks and concerts.
